The PSPA invites you to attend the 48th Annual PSPA CME Conference, taking place November 29-December 2, 2023 at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA. This conference will be offered in-person and virtually. Family and friends are welcome to join for some holiday fun! We have an amazing line up of speakers that will provide high-quality CME sessions, workshops (including our NEW SIM Lab opportunities at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center!) and, of course, plenty of networking opportunities this year.
Attendees will have access to CME in-person or via live-steam sessions through Webex. These sessions will be available on demand to registrants after the conference so you can review a session or catch any you may have missed because of the fun you were having. On demand sessions will be available until March 15, 2024.
Between our quality speakers, world-class workshops, top-notch exhibitors, and one of the most exciting locations we’ve had, you and your family are sure to have a great time! Register now!

CME ACCREDITATION FOR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS
Conference organizers plan to request up to 26 hours of AAPA Category 1 CME for the clinical/professional sessions, 2 hours of AAPA Category 1 CME for each of the 18 workshops, and 2 hours of AAPA Category 1 CME per forum for the Professional Development Forum and the Education Forum, from the American Academy of Physician Associates.
The PSPA is required to verify attendee attendance at CME events per the AAPA. CME hours will be managed through the completion of surveys. Because of this requirement, you will need to enter your name on each survey. CME is only available for those who have registered or paid for event. CME certificates will be available to download or print through the conference app.
NCCPA LOGGING
The NCCPA and the PSPA have worked together to reduce the time and effort associated with logging your conference hours for our Annual CME Conference. NCCPA has designed a special system whereby PAs can click on a unique link in their online NCCPA personal certification record at www.nccpa.net and select the sessions they attended from a master list of sessions that PSPA supplied to NCCPA. The PA can automatically apply those sessions wherever they need them, if the hours are earned in the correct logging window. Logging will be available starting December 8, 2023.
SELF-PRINTING OF LECTURES
The PSPA receives the preliminary lecture slides or outlines from our speakers prior to the conference. You will receive email notification when the slides are ready for self-printing. Please keep in mind that speakers may make last minute changes to their presentations that would not be in the pre-conference postings. Slides will be available on the conference app for all attendees and on the PSPA website for members until March 15, 2024.
CHILDREN
Due to liability issues and for the convenience of other conference participants, no children under the age of 18 will be allowed in the lecture hall, exhibit areas and evening events. These areas are reserved for registered conference participants.
